On 20 June 2013, at its 31st Plenary Meeting in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, the South-eastern Europe Health Network (SEEHN) has formalized its long-standing partnership with IOM since 2005, by signing a Memorandum of Understanding for partnership and cooperation.
